We understand life is busy and people have different preferences for how they like to receive information. Some people like email, others prefer text, or to read what’s happening on social media. We incorporate multiple styles and methods of communication in an effort to reach as many of you as possible. Below is a general guideline for how we will communicate with you.
For convenience, our primary method of communication is email. Please make sure we have a current email address on file that you check regularly. You can update this at any time in the Parent Portal App.
Text/SMS
We limit the use of text/SMS for important notifications, such as inclement weather closures. Please make sure we have your current cell phone number. You can update this at any time in the Parent Portal App.
Facebook is a great way for us to keep in touch with all of you at once, so we encourage everyone to join our Facebook page. We post important reminders, events and opportunities, inclement weather closures, adorable pictures of your dancers, and lots more on our Facebook page so be sure to follow us.
Newsletter
You will receive a monthly newsletter by email so please ensure you have provided the studio with an up-to-date email address that is regularly checked. You can visit our Newsletter Archives here.
Parent Portal App
We are proud to provide you information round-the-clock via our very own parent portal app. On the app, you can view your schedule, contact the studio, make payments, and lots more! To download the app, click here.
Waiting Rooms
We display important information on our waiting room TVs and noticeboards so please have a quick look when dropping off and picking up in case there is anything important you may have missed.
